I use my computer for VR/AR design and development in addition to traditional gaming.
Context: Airflow was terrible for my earlier build (2017), so my computer overheats frequently. At the time, I thought I wanted something small for travel. It turns out that was a big mistake. Opening up my current case fixes my overheating problems, so I’m just making it official and going for a case that’s less compact in a style that I like. 🙂
Desired case: I like the NZXT H710i
PC must work with: HTC Vive (primary headset), Oculus Rift, Oculus Quest (via USB-C cable)
Is there anything else I might want to upgrade while I’m at it? Willing to invest in things that work for my needs/interests right now but help me set a solid foundation for the future.
