I’m looking at steering wheels since getting a HOTAS was one of the most amazing upgrade to my vr experience, but I’m wondering whether I should get a shifter or not.

I don’t like putting my hands off my hotas in elite dangerous because it breaks immersion using an “invisible device”. I also don’t like the mismatch between my hands and the 3D ones. I know usually you don’t look at the shifter but I won’t have a rig and I will just attach it to my desk.

What do you think? Shifter or paddles all the way? Thanks for sharing your experience. So eager to get into vr racing !

ps: I won’t play without VR.
