Problem with headset Display on SteamVR. Light is red on the side. Error code 208

I have a problem with SteamVR. I have a HTC Vive. The light on the side of the Vive is just red. There is an error code which is error code 208. It says:

“Headset Display Disconnected”

“Please make sure your video cables are securely connected. The headset’s display was not found.”

I do not know what to do and I need some help with it. All of my plugs are plugged in so I do not know what is wrong.

Update: It now says that “hmd detected over usb. Monitor display not found.” I do not know how to fix this.
